What's the PVC stabilizer? Stabilizers are compounds that help to maintain the physical and chemical properties of the resin during processing and during use of the finished product. 

Since operations such as mixing and manufacturing plastics are carried out at high temperatures, they are severely decomposed without the protection of additives. PVC, wich is used in general purpose plastics for various purposes because it is cheap in price and excellent in processability, has a week point in heat, and a heat stabilizer systems are used to supplement it.
